Il bere Wine & Drink Charm Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDERS & PRICING:

All opening orders are a minimum order of $200.00; unless special event or circumstances, reorders are $100.00. Reorders under the minimum are negotiable with specific Il bere, LLC., approval and may be subject to a small handling fee. All opening orders will require credit card payments. Merchandise will be invoiced at the prices listed in effect on day of order. Shipping charges are approximately an additional 10% of order total.

 

TERMS:

1) Prepaid checks and/or with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. For your security all card companies require verification of card number and validation code, expiration date, billing address and phone number with every order. Your card will be charged on the day of shipment, but is required at the time that the order is placed. There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.

 

NET 30-DAY TERMS:

Are based on the date of the invoice to customers with an established credit rating and approved credit application attached below.

 

A customer whose account is over 30 days from the date of the invoice will be placed on credit hold. No additional shipments will be made on open account until the past due balance is paid in full. In the event a customer's account is placed with a collection agency, the customer will be liable for, in addition to the original invoice amount, all the collection fees and interest associated with collecting the invoice. After 30 Days and every 30 Days thereafter a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (Annual Rate of 18%) will be added to all past due accounts.

 

SHIPPING: Average shipping time is approximately 6-8 weeks from receipt of order, unless specific or expedited orders and approval have been established. Orders are shipped FOB manufacturing, Vancouver, WA through USPS Priority Mail or UPS unless otherwise specified. UPS surcharges in effect are added to each invoice.

RETURN POLICY:

Unused merchancise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

HANDMADE IN THE U.S.A:

Today, a majority of all our products shown on the pricelist and in our catalog, are handmade in the U.S.A. Due to the vintage/antique nature of product, all Vintage and decanter Charms actual product appearance may vary slightly. But many of these products are one-of-a-kind and will be unique to the set. Accessory items such as clasps, fillings may be imported.

SUSTAINABILITY:

 

In the spirit of being “green” and attempting to re-use existing products, nearly all of the wine charms are created out of antique/vintage earrings. We spend hours each week locating, purchasing, cleaning and creating the wine charms. Any earrings purchased and not used for the wine charms are re-sold or donated and put
